INDICES and MARGINS:

The current CODI Index Value is  5.330%.

The current CODI margin for owner occupied loan is 2.550% with a minimum start rate of 1.5%

The current CODI margin for investment and second homes loan is 2.70% with a minimum start rate of 2.5%

The current COFI Margins range from 3.250% to 3.540%, depending on lender, LTV, score, etc.  Most minimum start rates on the COFI are back down to 1.0% for owner occupied transactions, again, depending on qualification details.

The current 30 yr fixed rate Option Loan is at 8.40% with a minimum payment start rate of 1.95% to 2.45%.
